  • The existing OLED pixel formation method is vacuum sputtering process which uses solid materials in highvacuum chamber and forms organic film at designated area by arranging screen mask on the substrate.
    Unlike the existing equipment, it is nozzle printing type which is able to make lower cost, large area, lower temperature, continuity and simple process compare to existing sputtering process.
